Brainerd- At 10:38 p.m. Wednesday officers were asked to check on an 18-year-old man who was passed out on the 400 block of James Street. Officers found the man had crashed while riding his bike. The man was transported by North Ambulance to St. Joseph's Medical Center for treatment. He was then arrested for disorderly conduct, obstruction of the legal process, possession of drug paraphernalia, underage consumption of alcohol and probation violation-no drink.
