STAPLES - The Great River Regional Library in Staples is offering a few programs, including a concert by Tim and Cindy Roggenkamps scheduled from 7-9 p.m. Tuesday.The Roggenkamps will sing and perform on instruments including the banjo, fiddle, guitar, mandolin and dobro. The Roggenkamps have been entertaining audiences for more than 30 years and are members of the Minnesota Rock and Country Hall of Fame. A short meeting of the Friends of the Staples Public Library will precede the concert.
