If you're a typical American you are feeling sleepy, very sleepy

Americans today aren't getting a lot of sleep, especially young adults aged 18 to 29. Adults polled by the National Sleep Foundation claim to sleep an average of 6.9 hours per night during the workweek, with a third of the sample reporting less than 6.5 hours per work night. The recommended amount of nightly sleep is eight hours.
